Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for using Tree Generator. Please read our policy on refunds and returns carefully.

1. Digital Goods Policy

Tree Generator is a digital software service. As access to the tool and its features (including exports) is immediate upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has started.

2. Returns

Since no physical goods are shipped, there is no "return" process for the software. Cancellation of your subscription will prevent future charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Technical Error: If a technical error prevented you from accessing the service and our support team was unable to resolve it.
• Billing Error: If you were charged duplicate times for the same billing period due to a payment processor error.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

• Required Info: Please include your email address and the date of the transaction.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
