Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for using Tree Generator. Please read our policy on refunds and returns carefully.

1. Digital Goods Policy

Tree Generator Desktop is downloadable digital software. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and this policy.

2. Returns

Since no physical goods are shipped, there is no physical return process. Tree Generator Desktop is a one-time purchase and has no recurring subscription charge.

3. Refund Eligibility

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Technical Error: If a technical error prevented you from accessing the service and our support team was unable to resolve it.
• Billing Error: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processor error.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

• Required Info: Please include your email address and the date of the transaction.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Purchases made through Gumroad or itch.io are also subject to the refund terms displayed by that storefront. Approved storefront refunds are processed through the original storefront and may revoke the associated Tree Generator Desktop entitlement.
